Jason Roussell
Jason Roussell has grown up in Louisiana and has a passion for seeing the State do well.
Jason Roussell serves on multiple non-profit boards and leads discussions with business leaders through the community centering around organizational leadership and human resource technology and strategy.
The podcast was started to open discussions with business leaders and HR influencers to share best practices and insights on driving performance and engagement here in Louisiana.

Chris currently serves as CHRO of eQHealth. She holds her PHD from LSU and has served in leadership roles for organizations including Baton Rouge General, River Parish Hospitals and Columbia Medical Center.
She has also performed multiple guest lectures including "Building Community Coaltions", "Disaster Response" and "Time Management for New Graduates."
She is also active in the community serving for multiple groups including Celebration of Life, Special Olympics, and Boy Scouts of America.
She has been recognized as Great 100 Nurse, 2009 Nightingale Award, Quality Improvement Partner Award in 2014.

Prior to joining Horizon, Bill spent 8 years as a CEO in the healthcare industry. He also had a lengthy career in television broadcasting, business development, and marketing operations. In his spare time, Bill enjoys working as an independent video producer and is actively involved in community theatre. He is a long-time member of Lions Club and has served on boards of several non-profit groups. He and his wife Melissa have two daughters, Molly and Miranda.
Bill is part of Horizon’s retirement plan division. Through the 401(k)onfidence System™, he and the team work with some of the top plan providers in the industry to custom build plans, deliver competitive pricing and find solutions to problems that can sometimes be hard to detect. He also cohosts the “Inside the Plan with the 401k Brothers” podcast designed especially for plan participants. Bill’s certifications that pertain specifically to retirement plans include: Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist™ and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor™.
Bill has been a Financial Advisor since 2015. He works with a select group of individuals and families on their personal financial plans and on any respective investment management needs. In addition to Bill’s Retirement Plan certifications, he also maintains his Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.
Bill’s unique background in broadcasting has been instrumental in Horizon communications with clients. He produces and manages the firm’s 4 podcast series and oversees all in-house Horizon video creation.

Before joining Deloitte, Trent worked for Louisiana’s Largest and US Top 100 Accounting and Consulting Firm. He served clients in various industries, including Financial Services, Transportation, Hospitality & Services, Power & Utilities, Government & Public Services, and Technology.

As a vice president in ADP’s Strategic Advisory Services group, Susan collaborates with clients to build talent strategies that improve employee engagement, retention and drive organizational change.
Susan was selected as one of the “Top Women in HR Technology,” by Recruiting Daily, nominated on the “Most Inclusive HR Influencer List,” and received the Readership Award by Training Industry Magazine.
Susan created ADP's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Maturity Model that provides a snapshot of a company's current DE&I efforts while simultaneously achieving their business goals. Susan leads the Dallas HR Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Roudtable, a peer-learning forum for M&A professionals.
Prior to joining ADP in 2012, Susan served as vice president of organizational development with Bear Stearns, created the coaching model for YUM! Brands and served as a change management consultant at Accenture. She currently serves on the Human Capital Executive Research Board.
Susan has created and delivered global human capital management workshops for many of the Fortune 500 covering key areas such as M&A best practices, HR transformation, future of work, diversity, and talent trends.
